Tolokonoje Woods, it is a wood near to village Tolokonnîje. I have found only one village with such name. On a Google maps there is no name of this village.

It is possible to not doubt that wreck, is the renumbered Tiger. But an arrangement of the first digit of number not typically for Tigers of 3-rd Kp. If this Tiger from 3-rd Kp, what for anew to draw the first digit of number? Probably it is the renumbered Tiger, from 1-st Kp?

Hi Chris

I am confident, the second Tiger in a picture (Leopoldsburgh in Flanders) not 324. The main reason this various arrangement of a camo stripe on the mantlet. I think what not correctly to use for comparison an image of the Tiger 324 in low-res.
I think, that the most probable candidate, the Tiger 304. This Tiger has: high position of the emblem, camo stripe on the mantlet (similarly to the Tiger in Leopoldsburgh in Flanders), helmet on the right side of the turret and «The number of the right hand tank is begins with #3, the second digit has a round top and the third digit is a #1 or #4.»
It as can be the Tiger 305: high position of the emblem, camo stripe on the mantlet. But on early photos this Tiger had no spare track on front plate.
There is one more probable candidate, the Tiger 322. Unfortunately, to us pictures of this Tiger are unknown.

Yes, in a picture we see a tow cable. I was not close, a shame to me. Now it is possible to be confident, that in a picture the Tiger 334.

Yes, one of Tigers probably the Tiger 334 but why in a picture, about a turret, we see a travel lock (Hackzurrung) which was not 334 on the Tiger. The travel lock (Hackzurrung) casually appeared on the Tiger?




I think, probably, it not the Tiger 324. The camo stripe on the mantlet, is located in different places. Besides usually number was rendered in the middle of a turret (including at the Tiger 324 in left side), and at the Tiger in a picture, number on a turret is located extraordinary low.

On one of the Russian military forums, one person to me has told the following:
His familiar which when was the boy, got inside of this Tiger when he was in Gorky park. Inside, from the left side of a turret there was a hole which has been closed up by two steel strips. And the bin was half filled with cement to cover a hole.
