This is in section: "formations with Individually Attached Tigers". This unit was named "Panzer Stossreserve" and was commanded by Hptm von Malotki.

Somewhere in Poland:

Owner of the photo claims the it was done on Mazovian territory, so it is more likely a tank from sPzAbt501/424, eventually sPzAbt505

In the "TIC2" there is mention participation of of one Tiger in defense of Festung Posen (Poznań). Here you have grabbed photo from Soviet newsreel about Posen siege:

The house behind Tiger was place were the tank crew was living during the siege.
