Here you can post pics to complete galerie. If the image dosn´t show automaticly(turret number etc.) that the Tiger belonged to this unit, please make plausible why it should be belonged to it.

On the turret the lower S-Mine pot is missing. A caption on the reverse of the photo gives the date of December 1943 and the place name, though difficult to read, is thought to be Kirowograd which together with the date confirms that this Tiger belongs to 4./SS-Panzerregiment 1 LAH.
The style of Balkenkreuz tends to eliminate 2SS, so this is probably 1SS or 3SS. The camo could be either. My guess is 3SS rather than 1SS based solely on the location of the painted-out insignia - 1SS's tended to be more towards the top of the driver's plate.
This poor pic appears to be taken in the same place. The detail of the Tiger is of no help but perhaps the markings of the T34 will assist an identification?
